Your work is not simply stored in a database and given a date. APR creates a cryptographic record tied to the exact digital file you registered. That record can be independently verified to determine whether the registered content matches the original record.
APR creates a SHA-256 fingerprint of your registered file. Even a single change to the file produces a different fingerprint.
APR Timekeeper anchors the fingerprint with an RFC-3161 timestamp using a dual-provider pipeline (FreeTSA + TrueTimestamp) for reliability and long-term durability.
Your registration can be verified later using APR Timekeeper cryptographic evidence rather than relying solely on a database entry.
